St Kilda post office is located at the corner of St. Kilda Road and Inkerman Street, approximately 1.2 kilometers away from St. Kilda Beach. Public transportation is quite convenient in this area- 10 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD and 15 minutes walk to Chapel Street.
The project consists of 46 apartment units and 4 retail shops in two buildings. One of them is an Australian heritage building – the St Kilda Post Office. The other is a stylish seven-story apartment building with water views.
Total sales of the project are AUD 25.6 million. The construction has commenced in August 2012, and is expected to be completed in early 2013 for settlement.
